Aug 02, 2017 · After reinstalling both Steam and DOTA 2 on my main PC (DOTA 2 alone wasn't enough, or perhaps the game uninstall was somehow incomplete - reinstalling WAS suspiciously fast), I was able to drag-drop sticky item here as well. I don't know what I did to break that on my old installation. You can no longer disassemble Divine Rapiers in Dota 2
